I have been a home owner for more than 40 years and unfortunately had more than my share of dealing with contractors who let me down. It was those negative experiences which has led me to appreciate my good fortune to find Carlos, the owner of All-Ways Dry Basement Waterproofing. From the onset, I not only found him to be courteous and professional, but could tell that he possessed the knowledge and skill needed to fully and finally eliminate the stress and aggravation of repeated basement floods. As it turned out, my confidence in him was fully justified. He not only took the time to explain the entire process, but answered all my questions and accommodated all my requests. Carlos either remained on site or in touch while his crew timely and efficiently completed the job. I could not have been more pleased from start to finish. Carlos came highly recommended to us by our plumber. He was able to quickly make an appointment to visit us and took the time to understand our concerns, answer our questions and offer solutions compatible with our needs and budget. Carlos and his crew went above and beyond to protect our belongings and keep everything tidy while they did the work and finished the job ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the new improvements to our basement waterproofing system. I had the best experience with Carlos and his team at All-Ways Dry. Had some water leaking into my basement and it was completely taken care of in 2 days. Carlos was very professional and explained in detail what was going on and what his team would do to fix the problem. As a rental property owner, Carlos helped me to put an end to the constant water coming into the basement with heavy rainfall, damp walls, unhealthy smell, and other issues in one of the rentals Carlos visited the property, explained every detail with pictures, and gave me a fair price The crew arrived early as promised, they were very professional, and clean and completed the job in one day! I cant believe we lived with our troublesome basement for as long as we did! During hard rains my husband and I would cringe. We knew that our evening would involve scooping water and dumping it down the sump pump in another newer part of the basement. After a rain that left 2 ft of water in our basement we reached out to Carlos. Within days he and his team prepped the house, waterproofed our basement, and covered their tracks as if they hadn’t been there. The first hard rain hit and we immediately went into our old habit of expecting the worst, and the basement was bone dry! Carlos followed up after the rain storm to make sure we were pleased with the results! We certainly were. And 3yrs later we are still pleased! Like I said, we can’t believe we didn’t do this sooner.

I have three houses… that’s the good news. The bad news is that each of them required basement waterproofing, one in 2013, one in 2016 and finally one in 2019. Carlos Hernando personally did the work once and his crew did the work on the other two under his direction and supervision. I have now known and dealt with Carlos Hernando for a decade and he is a man of his word. He delivered quality results and he ensured that his crew took great care of my properties during a very difficult waterproofing repair. To make matters worse on two of the jobs I had tenants in place that I did not want to lose so the work had to be done correctly the first time because not only was Carlos’ reputation on the line, so was mine. The waterproofing repair was accomplished on time, with great care and to a very high standard. The crew completely cleaned up behind themselves and to this day my three properties remain dry! If I ever need basement waterproofing again… I’m only making one call.

My basement flooded after we recently had a heavy rainstorm. Carlos came out the next day for a free estimate. The price was very reasonable and the work came with a lifetime transferable warranty. Their crew came out the following day & installed a new French drain & sump pump which solved the flooding problem. Will definitely use again & recommend them.

We renovated an older house. The basement walls were holding moisture which was causing some odor and cinder block decay. Carlos installed a complete waterproofing system. The basement looks and smells great. The work was professional, on time, and Carlos personally checked to make sure that it was done properly. We are very happy.
