This included windows,blinds,oven,refrigerator and carpets in addition to all the other cleaning that is routinely done. My carpets were shampooed better than a highly rated company I used last summer. They even repaired one of my vents. They communicated throughout the day of progress and recommendations. They showed me pictures throughout the day not just at the end. I just completed a 2 year house renovation so I knew ducts needed to be cleaned but it was proven that previous owners did not maintain the cleanliness of the system.
