They damaged the roof. The removed a vent pipe leaving a hole in the roof which leaked after they left. Then they didn't take responsibility for it. They came out and fixed it and then wanted to charge me additional services after I just paid $12000 for the roof. It took them 2 weeks to refund me $3000 overcharge on a credit card. They were not great to deal with. I would not use them again. I suggest having a single point of contact and take responsibility for a project."
