"Had such a great experience with the full home washing, that I called as soon as the weather warmed enough to have my Ipe deck washed and oiled. For anyone with an Ipe deck, this is not your standard spray on of stain, the oil finish has to be worked into the grain of the Ipe in order to achieve a lasting finish. This is a tedious and labor intensive task, especially with the detailed lattices we have on our deck. Turned out beautifully oiled, looks like the day it was built. Absolutely professional and hassle free, wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Effortless scheduling and execution."

"We could not have been happier. Jose and Evelyn and their crew of Nelson and Jose were professional beyond belief. We have had the interior of our house painted several times before, but never have we had such a through job done. "Kurt was easy to reach via email or telephone. Apprised us of his approach to stripping our deck of its horrible paint coating and was upfront of the general cost during his first visit. He did need to be reminded to provide a specific contract upfront. He contacted the company who initially stained my deck to find out the exact products and stain color that was used since it was important to me that the same color be used.  I don't think any other company would have done that; they would have made the owner do it. I was impressed!  I asked for references of previous work he had done and I was sent 4 names, email addresses and phone numbers of previous clients and their  responses were all excellent. The workers came the day they said they would and performed all of the job as scheduled.   I found some areas where the stain had not taken as well and they returned right away to resolve the problem to my satisfaction before any payment was accepted. The owner also stopped by afterwards to observe the work done and make sure it was satisfactory.
