His team worked quickly, cleanly and very professionally in completing their work over a four-day period. They were very conscientious about protecting my carpets and furniture from paint drops and were great at cleaning up after themselves. They completed all painting as planned and even did some extra work free of charge just because they thought it would look better. "Had 4 other quotes to paint the interior walls of my home.  The salesman of this company discussed everything with me and listened to my concerns.  Price was negotiated and contract signed quickly.  Sent them my color choices (from Sherman-Williams) and made the paint date May 6th (which way my earliest day available), but then I asked if they wouldn't mind doing it sooner.  They then emailed me of an earlier open date.  Paint crew arrived promptly around 8:30 AM and the crew lead talked things over with me and made sure of my color choices before going to get them while the others moved everything away from the walls and put down drop cloths.  He then came back and explained all the colors & details with his crew.  All walls were painted and everything else masked very well.  The crew completed multiple coats on all walls within the day and the job was completed way quicker than my expectations!  Would not hesitate to use them again.  It's like having a new (old) home!"

"We hoped to improve the appearance of our shower by having the mildew-stained grout removed and replaced. In the process, 24 of our glazed ceramic shower tiles were slightly chipped, scratched, or severely gouged by the Handyman's tool used to dig out the old grout. Our handyman worked hard at a difficult and dirty task, but ultimately didn't have control of the tool he was using as evidenced by the damage to so many tiles. On the positive side, Mr. Handyman paid us $50 to buy five tiles to replace the most severely gouged and our handyman returned to do the replacement free of charge. However, I am still distressed by the tiny chips and scratches which remain in so many of the shower tiles not replaced. There appears no easy way to repair the scratches and small chips. This job took two days and we had to pay $1,600 with a $100 discount coupon. We also had to pay $91 for the tool that ultimately caused the damage to our shower tiles. Mr. Handyman was very responsive in trying to address the problem, but we wish it hadn't happened in the first place and are not entirely satisfied with the end result for the money we paid. The grout job itself looks quite nice."
