I just asked him to cut the tree into manageable sections and leave it for me so that I could re-purpose the wood. He did exactly what I asked for and was communicative throughout the process from estimate to performing the work. Would definitely use this company again."

I initially attempted to establish an appointment by using the online form on their website. After three or four days of not hearing from them, I decided to contact them by telephone. I did get hold of someone and set up an appointment. The guy came out. Took my list of what was to be done. We went around the yard discussing each tree. At the end, he said he would email me the estimate. I asked if he had my email address. He assured me that the office had it and my telephone number. I waited five days; emailed the office, and still have not heard from them. But, I had to move on. I believe that I gave them ample time to respond, but they chose not to or their communication system is not operating properly. Don't know. Don't care at this point."
