"I was not particularly pleased with being cornered to make a decision about the project the same day I received a quote, particularly since window treatments were going to be for the whole house. It is a business tactic; I get it. Regardless, we ended up with this company after making an informed decision. How the company responds to our questions and any potential repairs down the road (if there are any) is still something to be determined. So far, we have been generally pleased with the shades."

"Mike Kinner and Crew are very honest, trustworthy, wonderfully skilled, and have a very broad range of expertise and experience. Mike has done roof repair, mold remediation, complete renovation of our front room, replaced a back porch, fixed major age related damage on the back of our 80 year old cottage, and installed a lovely window. I have always had great results and Mike is our first choice for anything we need done on our cottage. I cannot overstate his work ethic, craftsmanship, and willingness to work with the homeowner."

"Anthony quickly solved our problem for a decent price. We had received such ridiculous bids for fixing a blind that we almost gave up. But he called several times, and he did the job at our home in about 15 minutes. We are very pleased because it is difficult to deal with stores where window treatments have been purchased.
