He cleaned the carpet of a 3 story townhome. The carpet had not been cleaned for many years. The carpet looks like new after the cleaning. It took approximately 4 hours to complete the job. I would highly recommend Rich for all your carpet needs. He also referred me to a contractor that was able to fix a roll in the carpet prior to cleaning."

"It went really well! The Kenya, Cecilia, and Amanda showed up promptly at 8AM and were very accommodating about some particular requests I had concerning some of my things. Very thoughtful service, and were extremely efficient and thorough. They even cleaned my laundry room floor for me! They were able to schedule the cleaning in a few days.  We appreciated their prompt service (they even called to see if they could come a half hour before their scheduled time).  The job was thorough and they cleaned up afterwards (there was a lot of lint).
