"The plumber was scheduled to come on 4/23 between 1:00 and 3:00p.m. At 1:00p.m. I got a call saying that the plumber would not be able to come until 4/24 as he was delayed at a previous call. He arrived promptly at 9:00a.m. the next morning. One toilet would not flush properly. He repaired that toilet. The other toilet ran on occasion. He replaced the fill valve. On occasion it still runs."

Worked for a couple weeks backed up again. Bryan and his helper came out and snaked the pipe again and ran the camera in the pipe which showed tree roots clogging up the pipe. He then ran a root cutting tool in the pipe. As Bryan was doing all of this he explained everything he was doing and why. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was excellent. He advised we need a crew to dig up the pipe to the tank. Jay and Cody came out and dug up the pipe and inlet access and found clog mixed with tree roots. They cleaned everything up and all is working. Thank all of you guys for your help. I would recommend all them !"
