I reached to them for emergency septic pumping. They charged lot more for that but system is backing up again in a week. The guy who did pumping expressed some concern with tank but said that he will convey to the office. I called at least 5 times to the office, talked to them once, left multiple messages but they haven't provided any details. Also not returning any calls in last 2 days. I had to call another company to pump again within a week. If this company had explained me right away if anything wrong with the tank, we could have avoided another incident within a week.

Kyle was very helpful and professional. He took the time to explain the process and the condition of our septic. We will definitely be using them again.

Very pleased with the inspection and pumping of septic tank done for home buyers as part of the inspection process. Service Technician explained in detail condition of the tank, the Inspection report was delivered two days later as promised via email. The office staff and service tech were very punctual and professional. It is nice to know that we still have these family operated businesses that treat customers well and delivered a quality service at a reasonable price.

Work was outstanding! Provided assistance with permitting, financing, etc, and did an exceptional job. Highly recommended.

First time they came out, they couldn't locate the septic tank in the yard, a week later the owner himself came and found it. Unfortunately it was deeper than 2 feet and thus a 300 digging charge would be incurred on top of the drainage fee. We were told all costs upfront and were not pressured in any way. They came out a week later and performed the whole job in 1 hour, very courteous and professional. This is a family business that puts the customer first.

Great! They were there on an emergency call and came right as discussed. They made some additional calls for me to get some other help I needed on services they didn't provide. I have used them several times and I have always been happy with their service.

Not much to say. There were no problems.

They did a good job (as far as I can tell; I wasn't having any problems with the septic system; it was just due for routine pumping). They actually arrived early (appointment was for 7:30 a.m.; they arrived at 6:45). The only concern I had was over the total bill. They had quoted a price of $195 for pumping and up to $115 for a "digging fee." I had already located the opening to the tank before they arrived, so they didn't have much digging to do at all. Nevertheless, they charged the full $115 digging fee for a total of $310. One other thing: after they finished, Mr. King said that the next time, the tank should be pumped from the main opening (which he pointed out was located a few feet from the opening they used, which he said was only an auxiliary opening not intended for pumping). After they left, I wondered why they hadn't used the correct opening in the first place.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY CAME OUT ON TWO OCCASIONS, THE FIRST TO LOCATE THE SEPTIC TANK OPENING AND THEN ACQUIRING THE COUNTY DRAWING FOR THE EXACT LOCATION. THE SECOND TIME THEY DID THE ACTUAL PUMPING SERVICE.
