"Herbert from My Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Services did an excellent job in our Ellicott City, MD home. He removed mounds of pet hair from our carpets, vacuumed and then shampooed them. He took his time, and was very thorough. The difference is amazing. Our whole home looks brighter, and is clean and fresh. "Hired Hydro Clean for medium area carpet cleaning. Tech was on time and was ready to go! My husband is more aware of expert cleaning & was not satisfied with the level of cleaning we received. Lot of moisture left in carpet. I had not experienced this before & I was okay with the final result. I will definitely express my wishes/wants with next cleaning. EXACT!"
