The price quoted was fair and reasonable compared to other quotes we received but the quality and type of both the porch and fence was definitely above par by comparison. "Deck Cetera provided exceptional customer service.  They were prompt in scheduling the appointment, and they were able to get us on the schedule the same week.  They sent Jean to conduct the estimate, she was prompt in arriving to our home and very pleasant.  She answered all of our questions and had tons of pictures to guide us in identifying what we wanted for our deck addition. She was very knowledgable about the different decking materials and helped us in making a decision about deck material.  She was provided an estimate on the spot per our request. "Beitzell did a great job for us.  The estimator was punctual and professional, and the price was $1600 less than the highest of four bids we received - for better quality construction than offered by the highest bidder.  Our lot is not flat, so the fence had to run up and down hills and was very much a custom job - no pre-built panels.  The work was done in one day, the crew was neat and hard-working, and the quality of the fence fully met our expectations.  We paid half up front, and the rest after the fence was completed.  I would use Beitzell again without hesitation - absolutely nothing not to like.

"The guys with All Phase Fence Inc. did a fantastic job with our fencing.  They were prompt, professional and courteous.  The owner, Tom Britton, made sure to discuss all aspects of the fencing project in advance to ensure we got what we wanted.  Our project was slightly complicated as it involved installation of several types of fencing in three different locations, as well as repairs to an existing fence.  Yet the entire job was completed to our satisfaction.  The materials are beautiful and the installation very professional.  Once the project was complete, the owner personally came back to check on the work and make sure we were happy.  I would recommend using All Phase Fence Inc for all your fencing needs.
