CLM was very professional throughout the project from my first call asking for an estimate to the project being finished. The ladies at the office are very professional and nice. They helped me set up the estimate and scheduled the work being done. They answered all of my questions and concerns. Carlos and the crew was on time and finished the project in a timely manner. They removed the old fence and installed a new fence to our liking. They cleaned up and hauled the fencing away. Carlos also did an estimate for a new project and explained to me in detail and gave me ideas for the project. I hope they can meet our budget because I am excited.

Carlos came to the property to inspect and price the job. He was clear in describing what he would do, how and when. The fence was beautifully built at a most competitive price. Ge hauled away the old fence and left the yard neat and clean. This is the second job CLM has done for me. I will always use them!!

Everything was done on schedule and on budget. There was a considerable delay for a metal fence but I was informed of this ahead of time.

I was very happy with CLM from their estimate to completion of the job. Their price was below the other two estimates I received. They told me when they expected the fencing to be in stock and began work right on schedule. The crew dug up all the roots and weeds that had grown between the two fences that they had to remove to put up the new fence.

When we decided to finally upgrade our fence, we scoped out some of the fences in our neighborhood. One of the fences that stood out for its craftsmanship and beauty had a CLM Home Improvements sign on it. I contacted Carlos for a quote and he was responsive, professional, and polite. Carlos listened to our concerns, offered suggestions, and gave us a few options to choose from. We were concerned this process might take a while because we live on a corner and our fence required a permit. In fact, another fence company wouldn't even work with us because our project required a permit. Carlos kept us informed throughout the permit process, which was not as bad as we had anticipated. On installation day, Carlos and his team arrived promptly and removed our old, ugly chain link fence and installed a beautiful 6' wooden privacy fence. We couldn't be more thrilled with it! As far as pricing, CLM's price was the best -- in one case nearly $5K LOWER than what another company quoted us! I will try to remember to come back and post some pictures - we have not finished all of our landscaping yet. Want a fence? Call CLM!

Carlos, the foreman, was great - he set up an appointment and actually was able to do it earlier. He followed my instructions so I got the work done exactly the way I wanted. The crew was polite, efficient and accommodating. I couldn't have gotten better service.

I highly recommend CLM Home Improvements. We had them tear out an old rotting fence, haul it away and build us a new fence surrounding the entire yard. We had a problem with erosion as one side of our ground is 1-2 feet higher than the neighbors. Carlos recommended a retaining wall which is already working perfectly. Not knowing what kind of fence we wanted, he sent us photos with an awesome recommendation. They arrived on time, had the old fence gone in less than an hour and build the entire new fence in a day. It was fascinating to watch the CLM crew work. Everyone laughs a lot and knows exactly what to do and when. They work fast, hard and efficiently. They ensured everything was cleaned up nicely when done. They are also some of the most delightful people I've ever met. We then decided to have them come back and stain the fence a few weeks later. We gave Carlos some vague ideas of stain colors and left the decision to him. The fence looks gorgeous! When done, I was unsure about one spot on the gate. When I mentioned it, one crew member brought over a brush and stain, and began to tweak that spot. I turned around and suddenly the entire crew was back, walking the fence and checking for touch ups similar to the spot I noticed. (Yes, my jaw hit the grassy floor.) They didn't find much to touch up. They really care about the customer's satisfaction. The price was mid-range from 3 companies estimates, making CLM an excellent price choice. You will definitely feel comfortable choosing CLM Home Improvements. I will definitely call them again for my future project needs.

Carlos reach out right away to provide estimate for the work. Showed up on time to review the work and sign contract. Three days later the fence was installed and looks great. Very professional and would recommend.

Came out quickly (first of the three competing companies to schedule an estimate, then complete it). Very fair pricing. Our install date was affected by weather which was frustrating, but not their fault obviously. We had a 3 rail split rail fence installed with 3 gates. They made the gates custom on site, which was awesome to watch. The owner is Carlos and he is very fair and reasonable. He was also quite patient with me pestering him with questions, comments, and concerns. They do more than just fencing and we will be using them for future projects. Thank you!
