"When we decided to finally upgrade our fence, we scoped out some of the fences in our neighborhood. One of the fences that stood out for its craftsmanship and beauty had a CLM Home Improvements sign on it. I contacted Carlos for a quote and he was responsive, professional, and polite. Carlos listened to our concerns, offered suggestions, and gave us a few options to choose from. We were concerned this process might take a while because we live on a corner and our fence required a permit. In fact, another fence company wouldn't even work with us because our project required a permit. Carlos kept us informed throughout the permit process, which was not as bad as we had anticipated. On installation day, Carlos and his team arrived promptly and removed our old, ugly chain link fence and installed a beautiful 6' wooden privacy fence. We couldn't be more thrilled with it! As far as pricing, CLM's price was the best -- in one case nearly $5K LOWER than what another company quoted us! "Thank You Deck Cetera. Both the fence installation and front porch addition were done professionally and quickly even though Mother Nature did not cooperate all the time. The price quoted was fair and reasonable compared to other quotes we received but the quality and type of both the porch and fence was definitely above par by comparison. We truly enjoy our new privacy but the new porch you built put the entire job over the top, it has changed the entire front of our house. Both jobs have received nothing but rave reviews from our neighbors, friends and family. The installation team was always friendly and courteous. "Overall, I thought the person that came to my home to give an estimate of the patio we wanted to build was not very professional. She came up with a sketch for the patio which did not incorporate the design ideas that I wanted. She was willing to re-sketch the design 2 times to get it right, but then seemed to get annoyed that I asked questions about the materials that were being used, the options that were available...etc. Granted she may have been having a bad week, but I expected more. Ended up going with a different contractor and glad I did because the quote I got from them was $1000 less and I loved the job they did.

"Very happy with Beiztell.  They provide a quote promptly after contact and stuck to it. They were in and out in one day to remove the old fence and replace with the hew fence.  When I arrived home I would never have known there were workers in my yard - they cleaned up so well, and didn't make a mess of the grass. The fence looks fabulous - time will tell if the wood wears well, but it is treated pine and looks good.The pool pump fence was a last minute addition to the job and they did a great job as they had to work around plumbing and electrical and slopes. During the installation they kept my husband informed and made to sure to ask questions if there were any doubts positioning, etc. Overall we are really happy with the work and with the people at Beiztell.  Everyone was professional and polite. They were prompt in responding to questions and delivered on the date they said that they would."
