"After waiting months for another roofing company to even start work on a new roof, I reached out to a couple new companies. Brian from JDH was the first to respond in a couple of hours. The other company said they could come out in something like 10 days to estimate. Brian made an appointment that same day to give an estimate. Brian showed up on time, gave an estimate using not only better materials and warranty but was less than the company I had been waiting months on. I jokingly asked Brian if he could have the roof done the next day, his response was, "Let me check with the supplier, and our schedule". I may have lost consciousness for a moment hearing that reply. Shingles and materials showed up the next day, then a crew 24 hours later and they went to work, (On a Saturday at that). Crew was polite and put tarps around the house to catch any debris and protect everything. Brian showed up several times throughout the day to check progress and address any questions. That day the work was finished. Everything was cleaned up like they were never there, other than a new beautiful roof. I have yet to find a single nail in the yard. Brian followed up again a few days later just to ask if I was happy with everything. Thanks to JDH and Brian for a great job. Cant thank you enough."

"My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. They rerouted our gutters to prevent flooding as the previous design was doing damage to our foundation. The owner, Chase, was very hands on and kept us updated the whole time. He frequently made sure we were happy with the way things were going. The whole team made this project an enjoyable experience. Iâ ll admit, my husband and I can sometimes be difficult people to please-But wow!! They really knocked it out of the park for us! 7th Stateâ s precision and talent is unmatched. You are truly working with people that know what they are doing and they are the best at what they are doing. Communication from start to finish was consistent and open. They were very patient with our ideas and they added to our vision in ways we didnâ t think was possible. The whole crew was professional and extremely hardworking. "I would highly recommend EA Roofing and Siding LLC to anyone contemplating a roofing project. Prior to contracting with TJ, the owner of EA, I had spoken with him on various other roofing jobs he was performing throughout our community. On each occasion he took the time to answer my roofing questions with a high degree of knowledge and professionalism. When TJ began work on the second of my two neighbors' homes, I made the decision to work with EA Roofing on my roof replacement project. TJ paid a visit to our home and walked us through the various steps of the project, reviewed various samples/types of roofing shingles and provided us with excellent pricing on the project. In addition, TJ provided references and locations of roofing projects he had completed in the local area in order to assist us in making our final shingle selection. This was key in our selection of the proper color roof shingle as it provided us a means to not only see the shingles on a specific roof but also what the color of the shingles look like at various times of the day. Lastly, all of our questions were answered to allay any fears we had about moving forward with this large project. Our roofing project was completed in a single day with 10 men working on the roof from 7:00 am until nearly 7:00 pm. in the evening. All of the area surrounding my home was covered with tarpaulin. One of the men on the team cleaned up on an ongoing basis throughout the day so that by the time the project was completed in the evening, all debris (old underlayment, shingles, nails, etc.)had been removed from the surrounding area leaving the house in exactly the same state as it was when the project began at 7:00 am. Any and all issues/concerns were immediately addressed by TJ and his team in a punctual and professional manner. We couldn't be more pleased with TJ, EA Roofing, and our new roof!"

"The Mackays arrived early, which they apologized for but was perfectly fine with me!  The maintenance package was an Angie's List deal.  Ben spoke with me inside while his brother and the rest of the crew were up on the roof.  Ben was very informative and helpful explaining what they were going to do up there, and about a longer term roof solution that I'd inquired about.  They gave me a lot of information without pushing any upsell services or sales pitches on me.  I appreciated that they are a multi-generational family business, with multiple family members on the job site.
