They told me when they expected the fencing to be in stock and began work right on schedule. "Overall, I thought the person that came to my home to give an estimate of the patio we wanted to build was not very professional. She came up with a sketch for the patio which did not incorporate the design ideas that I wanted. She was willing to re-sketch the design 2 times to get it right, but then seemed to get annoyed that I asked questions about the materials that were being used, the options that were available...etc. Granted she may have been having a bad week, but I expected more. Ended up going with a different contractor and glad I did because the quote I got from them was $1000 less and I loved the job they did.
Overall, I would give them a B-.

"Beitzell did a great job for us. The estimator was punctual and professional, and the price was $1600 less than the highest of four bids we received - for better quality construction than offered by the highest bidder. Our lot is not flat, so the fence had to run up and down hills and was very much a custom job - no pre-built panels. The work was done in one day, the crew was neat and hard-working, and the quality of the fence fully met our expectations. We paid half up front, and the rest after the fence was completed. I would use Beitzell again without hesitation - absolutely nothing not to like.
