"Deck Cetera provided exceptional customer service.  They were prompt in scheduling the appointment, and they were able to get us on the schedule the same week.  They sent Jean to conduct the estimate, she was prompt in arriving to our home and very pleasant.  She answered all of our questions and had tons of pictures to guide us in identifying what we wanted for our deck addition. She was very knowledgable about the different decking materials and helped us in making a decision about deck material.  She was provided an estimate on the spot per our request. Additionally, she followed up with a nice drawing of our project and pricing options relative to different material . "Beitzell did a great job for us.  The estimator was punctual and professional, and the price was $1600 less than the highest of four bids we received - for better quality construction than offered by the highest bidder.  Our lot is not flat, so the fence had to run up and down hills and was very much a custom job - no pre-built panels.  The work was done in one day, the crew was neat and hard-working, and the quality of the fence fully met our expectations.  We paid half up front, and the rest after the fence was completed.  I would use Beitzell again without hesitation - absolutely nothing not to like.
