The price quoted was fair and reasonable compared to other quotes we received but the quality and type of both the porch and fence was definitely above par by comparison. "Beitzell did a great job for us.  The estimator was punctual and professional, and the price was $1600 less than the highest of four bids we received - for better quality construction than offered by the highest bidder.  Our lot is not flat, so the fence had to run up and down hills and was very much a custom job - no pre-built panels.  The work was done in one day, the crew was neat and hard-working, and the quality of the fence fully met our expectations.  We paid half up front, and the rest after the fence was completed.  I would use Beitzell again without hesitation - absolutely nothing not to like.
