"Communication was great, service was awesome and price was right. After receiving 3 quotes from family owned shops as well as big companies my wife and I were blown away by the options and quality Total Flooring offered. Day of install they were punctual, clean and efficient. "Rich was a true professional from the walk through and estimate to performing the carpet cleaning. He explained the process and is very reasonably priced. He cleaned the carpet of a 3 story townhome. The carpet had not been cleaned for many years. The carpet looks like new after the cleaning. It took approximately 4 hours to complete the job. I would highly recommend Rich for all your carpet needs. He also referred me to a contractor that was able to fix a roll in the carpet prior to cleaning."
