"Communication was great, service was awesome and price was right. After receiving 3 quotes from family owned shops as well as big companies my wife and I were blown away by the options and quality Total Flooring offered. "Midland Carpet Cleaning was WONDERFUL!! My recliner(especially) and carpet have not looked this good in years. Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning. "Rich was a true professional from the walk through and estimate to performing the carpet cleaning. He explained the process and is very reasonably priced. He cleaned the carpet of a 3 story townhome. The carpet had not been cleaned for many years. The carpet looks like new after the cleaning. It took approximately 4 hours to complete the job. I would highly recommend Rich for all your carpet needs. He also referred me to a contractor that was able to fix a roll in the carpet prior to cleaning."
