The staff in the showroom were exceptionally helpful in sorting through the available options to something that would work for us. Fred was prompt and quick with his measuring/estimation as well as answering our questions and getting larger samples to us for a final selection. Finally, Omar and Kelvin did a fantastic job installing the carpet and taking care of the furniture they needed to move. We felt the price was a good value compared to competitors. He was personable and knowledgeable about the type of carpet that would work best for a room heavily trafficked by a dog and small child. We eventually selected a carpet that was not part of his samples that we saw at another company but he was able to order that carpet and install it at a much better price. He cleaned the carpet of a 3 story townhome. The carpet had not been cleaned for many years. The carpet looks like new after the cleaning. It took approximately 4 hours to complete the job. "I got a few quotes and they were not the most expensive and not the cheapest. They were however the most responsive. They then showed up on time and did a great and timely job steam cleaning the carpet. They asked if I wanted to deodorize for an extra $20. He was v honest - said he didn't necessarily see a need because there was no smell but mentioned the benefits. I opted to go with it largely because we had a sick cat who had a few accidents, and while there was no smell, would be a good add'l step to get rid of any remaining bacteria. In general, great job, I'd hire them again due to customer service, responsiveness, punctuality, reasonable price."
