After not having any luck getting other contractors to do the work I needed done, I became aware of Presidential Exteriors when they completed a siding project at a neighbor’s home. After looking at their reviews online and checking out their website, I contacted them online for a consultation. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them within 24 hours, and to have a remodeling consultant (Kirill) at my home within a couple of days. Everyone was great to work with, listening to my wants/needs, and helping me with advice on a unique roof drainage issue. The team was also patient with me as I changed my mind a few times. I thank each of them and hope that I did not forget anyone. Also, a thank you to Jennifer at the main office who kept things going on the back end. "I spoke with 4 companies and had 3 of them come to my home to diagnose and provide an estimate. Additionally, I researched reviews of each on the internet. H Forrest was the only one to properly diagnose the problem. His knowledge is broad (not just roofing) and so he was also able to repair an issue with our siding and a window. I was confident in his expertise and I appreciated that he did not talk to me like I'm an idiot. He took the time to explain and answer questions. His crew came the very next day. "Fred Muela from Liberty Windows and Siding Inc. gave us a fantastic quote to install all the windows and replace the siding. The price was better than other companies and the installation went smoothly. A few years later the trim coil (aluminum trim over the house wood trim) started to peel off in a few places. I contacted the trim coil manufacturer per Liberty Windows and Siding Inc warranty information/instructions and they were making me call one office after the other and eventually they did not stand behind their product and the warranty. I checked with Fred Muela and he sent someone to replace the trim coil at no charge. This is the type of company Liberty Windows and Siding Inc is. I was recommending them before and now is a no brainer to recommend them. We are very happy we chose them."

"Had some siding damage from high winds recently, and decided to give these guys a call. Mike's initial visit was both brief and productive, and he was very conscious of social distancing, etc. with COVID-19 going on. Mike was quickly able to get me a quote and deal with a little back and forth with the insurance company getting things straight, as they ended up extending the repair to the entire house since the old siding was discontinued. Wow, the crew was awesome and highly detail-oriented, and also very personable guys to have around the house for a couple days. I was really blown away with the finished product! Everything done right down to the last bit of caulking and haven't found anything, not even a nail, laying around the house after cleanup. Our 5 kids and 5 pets appreciate this! I would recommend Complete Exteriors to my closest friends if they needed some work done.
