"I hired Refined Cleaners to haul a very heavy treadmill from my basement. These gentlemen were on time, worked efficiently and were polite and pleasant. Also, I got four quotes and theirs was the lowest bid."

"He had an awful mess to clean up & hail away. My relatives property which is in a different state had been neglected for YEARS. David & his crew worked for at least 3 days cutting overgrown weeds & vegetation & Hauling away crap that was discarded or just left to rot & ended up buried underneath all the weeds & saplings. They had their work cut out for them. David kept me posted as to what he was doing & sent photos. Very good communication. Would definitely recommend his company"

Hauling questions, answered by experts

Once the fire pit ashes have entirely cooled, you can dispose of them with your regular garbage — just wait a day or two to be safe. However, there are lots of good uses for fire pit ashes around the house, so they’re worth saving in a bin outside. For instance, they can help repel pests from your garden and also add rich nutrients to the soil. You can also use the ashes in the winter; ashes are good at providing traction on icy driveways and can even melt snow and ice quickly.

Professionals safely remove water or fuel tanks by emptying the contents, cutting and disconnecting lines, and lifting the tank for disposal while adhering to environmental regulations.

In many cases, you can sell or upcycle rebar that you don't need. Rebar is often repurposed to make furniture, decorations, and other structural projects. However, if you want to recycle rebar, you'll need to separate it from any other materials you worked with, like concrete, and then contact your local municipality to see if they have a recycling program near you.

You can’t simply throw your ductwork out with your usual trash because waste management won’t accept especially large or bulky garbage without a prior appointment. Instead, you’ll need to haul it to the dump yourself or hire a service to do it for you. Alternatively, certain types of ducts can be recycled, so contact your local recycling facility to find out if they’ll accept your old ductwork.

Begin by calling your waste management company to check if there was a reason the garbage truck skipped your home this time. If there is no clear explanation or you cannot reach a representative, call your local sanitation department to report the issue. In this case, be sure to take notes about how often the company doesn't pick up your garbage or and whether you were able to contact the business.
