They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. "Mr. Crowell matched a competitors price and came up with a much smarter way to replace my water main and connect it to my home. The extra repairs he did inside that day were also perfect! Why not 5 stars? In digging the trench to lay the new water line, they hand dug under my sidewalk. But when I got home from work it was getting dark and they had one guy with a backhoe to fill everything in to "construction grade". The guy was working in total darkness and left huge holes under and to the sides of the sidewalk edge. Had that hole under the sidewalk been filled by shovel, it wouldn't have collapsed. The county inspector relayed my complaint to the company but I heard nothing back. Other than that, great work and competitive price."
