"New panel took a while to get in, due to questionable previous wiring (it is a 45 year old house, so it had time to accumulate issues), but glad Master Electrician Dave took his time to make sure everything was correct and up to code (or better) for us. All our questions before and during the work were answered to our satisfaction, and we appreciated the team staying a bit late on the first visit (took three, but there were extenuating circumstances - probably only really needed two; and there was no extra charge!) to make sure the main house circuits were back on so we could cook our supper. It appeared that his assistants were slowing him down (with silly errors), but Dave fixed them and I have since heard that they no longer work for the company. I expect RaLo will be extra dilligent in their hiring of apprentices/helpers in the future and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and fellow Angie's List members!"

They were rude, did not show up on time and never even introduced themselves. So in conclusion: loved JES, but get your own drywall repair contractor."
