"Simmons Home Improvement, LLC did a wonderful job on my project. They replaced an attic fan and louver system in my attic over the garage. It was complicated. Demetri made suggestions and recommendations as to the system proposed, work to be done and keep me updated all along the way. They finished the job inside and out beautifully which included installation of the system, electrical and replacing siding that needed to be cut and reinstalled due to adjustments that needed to be made. Demetri and his team were neat, professional and respectful to me and of my property at all times. Thank you Demetri for everything. "I called them the first thing in the morning.  Tech came within a few hours, and helped me get door to work temporarily while new panel was ordered.  He was very nice and helpful.  He came back with the part the next week and installed it quickly."

"wasn't able to do the project in the time frame so we didn't use him.  He was very quick to call back and set up a meeting.  Said he would be able to do the job but then saw it and said no he couldn't.  His pricing was good but he was just a one man service with no helpers.
