Ted from Johnson’s worked with me to have my piano moved into their climate-controlled storage for a week during the installation. My house has a side entrance which made the move pretty challenging, but the excellent crews who moved the piano out and back in were very creative in accommodating the challenge with the front door and they took great care not to damage my railings on the stoop. "We were scheduled for arrival between 2-4pm but they called the day before to ask if an earlier arrival time worked for us, which was perfect for us. So they actually arrived at 10am. As soon as they arrived they were ready to start working, with little to no down time; only took one "actual" break at our urging to eat lunch. They were polite and gentle with our belongings. Explained all charges, as well as additional charges prior to starting the move. Pricing was fair and worth it because they made the move so much easier for us. Definitely recommend using this company and will use them if we need to move locally again."

"I have requested single bed room move recently. Their quoting process and presentation was impressive and Sergei was very responsive. I almost heard back within 10 minutes for any question and follow ups. On the day of move, they arrived on time and patient enough to adjust few mins of confusion about elevator reservation before starting the work. Once the elevator is locked, that cool guy gave estimation, explained clearly and started the work. Carefully moved all items to the truck and arrived on destination as planned. On the drop off location they moved everything at lightning fast but with care. So they have finished all work earlier than planned and revised the bill accordingly.
