"She did a great job "spotless" bathrooms, prompt arrival, or careful handling of items. She took her time and very respectful. If a matter comes up she would ask me first."

"This company did an excellent job. House, patio, step and walkway all look 100% better. I was amazed at how clean they got the patio because it was extremely dirty, much more so than the house. I was given an appointment for the following week the same day I called them, which is significant to me since the other company I tried to use would not give me an appointment, telling me they would call the day before the service was to be performed. The staff contacted me on the day of the appointment to let me know they would be postponing my appointment time to a little later in the day due to the sudden cold temperature change the night before which continued into the next morning when the work was scheduled to be done. By the time I arrived at the house after work, the job was completed. They did not damage any of the window or door screens and the yard was the same as before they came, i.e., no water or cleaning solution all over the place. Also, their billing process was very convenient for me since I no longer live in the house; they sent the invoice via email and allowed me to mail the payment to them. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future when needed. "
"Evi was great to work with. Very responsive and flexible to my schedule. The two ladies showed up on the day of the cleaning on time, did a great job and we are now going to hire as a routine cleaning service!"
"I was given a window of 2pm-3pm, and they actually phoned to ask if it was OK to come earlier, which I had no problem with. The technician was clean, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He had no problem moving the furniture and putting it back in place. He explained in detail and commenced to work. I was very satisfied with the carpet cleaning service Mr. Lawrence provided, he also gave me a few instructions afterwards. I will definitely be using Chem-Dry again, and I'm also going to set-up an appointment to have my Mother's carpet clearned. Thanks Mr. Lawrence and Chem-Dry!"
To effectively clean fine dust after construction, start by dusting high surfaces like ceiling fans, walls, and window sills, allowing the dust to settle. Then, use a vacuum with a HEPA filter on all surfaces, including furniture, carpets, and floors, making a second pass for thoroughness. Follow up by mopping hard surfaces with a damp mop to capture any lingering particles. It's also important to clean appliances, vacuum HVAC returns and supply vents, and replace the air filters. Properly ventilate the home to help clear out remaining dust, and avoid sweeping, which can spread the dust around.

Yes, you should plan on being home when a window cleaner is cleaning your windows. The professional will clean both sides of the glass and will likely disassemble parts of your windows from the inside to clean and inspect the inner components, including the balances and weatherstripping. Much of this work requires interior access to your home, which means someone will need to be home to provide access to the window cleaner.
Yes, professional window cleaners will clean the surface of the glass on both the inside and the outside. They will usually clean the tracks for your windows, check and clean the weatherstripping, and even disassemble parts of your window, if necessary, to clean and lubricate interior components and moving parts.
Whether you’re a renter or a buyer, you should clean a house when moving out. For renters, it’s usually written in the lease that a house must be cleaned before it’s vacated. If you’re unsure how thoroughly to clean the place, check with the landlord beforehand; otherwise, you may not receive your deposit back. When selling a house, a contractual agreement is often made with the realtor that the house is swept and that all personal belongings are removed before the previous owners move out.
