Mr. David Hung and his Team did an Excellent Job in the Installation of Tankless water Heater. They tested the access to hot water in three floor Levels. I am getting hot water rapidly. I am waiting for the final phase of Installation of the Split-level gas meter upgrade. I shall make the final part of total Payment after this installation. David is honest in professional matters. I wish him and Quality Air well in these novel installations in WDC Area.

Honestly, I love David and his crew. I've never had a single person out that wasn't fantastic and really knowledgeable. Even once when something was my fault they didn't make me feel bad. :-D While I was installing the ecobee I wasn't getting the voltage I thought I should be seeing so I called them and asked them to come help. They came out the next day and then identified that my problem was it's AC power instead of DC power so I had my voltmeter settings wrong. DUH! (Honestly, 24v AC? W**.) He didn't make me feel dumb and he got it all setup and then double checked the cooling levels to make sure everything worked like it should. They're really fantastic!

I needed to replace my hot water heater and replace a faulty part on my furnace. I had multiple estimates done and Dave was by far the most comprehensive in explaining the best way to address the issue and went in-depth on the available options. We were able to negotiate terms that we both agreed to and the work was completed within a few weeks. Dave and his team were punctual and very professional. All the work was done within a few hours and there have not been any issues since. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC services.

I tried a lot of HVAC companies before I found one that would work with our old high-velocity a/c. Quality consulted with manufacturer to make sure the load was balanced and runs should work (high-velocity can be finicky) and we are very happy with the result. Also diagnosed a warranty issue with a new furnace installed by another HVAC company and told us to get them to do the service without charging us. Then later found that the original company had installed the flue incorrectly, confirmed the issue with the manufacturer, and fixed the problem. I have looked for a long time for a reliable HVAC company and been disappointed by everyone before I found Quality Air.

We cannot thank Dave and his team for all they have done for our systems over the years. Most recently, they replaced our two AC systems (a year apart) that were 13 years old. The team is professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. We had an issues with the latest AC unit a month after install (pump failed so water basin under the air handler was full leaking down through vent below) so we immediately called the office (Rebecca is terrific!). We got a response back within minutes. After what we are sure was a very long, hot day for him, Dave offered to come out that evening to take a look at the issue. Very impressive, and we were truly grateful for his time. Within two hours, the system was back up and running again. Problems happen, but it is how a company handles that problem that truly tells you how great that company is. When you get great service as a client, it is important to let others know. This was one of few excellent contractor experiences I've had. David was professional and responsive and his crew did awesome work. And, cleaned up after themselves. I can't speak highly enough of them. We are using them again for additional projects.

With a great pleasure, I am writing this review of my experiences in receiving the outstanding services I have had from Quality Air & Heating, Inc. I was aware of this company but did not use its services until two weeks ago. In recent two weeks, I have called the company to fix (1) the pressure problem of our heat pump system, and (2) to replace the old humidifier unit of my gas furnace system. My experiences with this company began with the warm and friendly receptions of the office manager Rebecca when I called the company’s phone number. She has shown her cares of problems clients encounter. After my initial call, I communicated with the owner of the company Mr. Hung many times through personal phone call, e-mail, and text messaging asking him some more technical questions related to our problems. Mr. Hung has been always very nice and friendly in patiently answering the questions I had. He repeatedly emphasized the commitments of services his company provides to the customers. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the technician Juan who fixed and worked on the two service projects we encountered. He is very knowledgeable in the cooling and heating systems, and very patiently explained to me what caused the problem of pressure problem of the heat pump, and how the new humidifier works in the furnace heating system. He took time needed to do his works. The owner of my house before me also expressed his great satisfactions in using his company’s services over many years when he lived in this house before us. Based on the experiences I have had recently, and the long-time experiences of the previous owner, I strongly recommend, without reservation, the outstanding services of Quality Air & Heating, Inc. if you are looking for a reliable company to take care of cooling and heating systems.

Dave and his staff are absolutely wonderful, prompt and professional mainly why I hired them again too is not only are their efficient but they are very honest and they prices are workable. My AC went out over the summer and I went on Angie’s list to locate a reliable company and this company responded right away after this excellent work was performed I hired this company again to replace my heating unit just a few weeks ago. Impeccable service! I have been a customer for over eight years, the Quality Air team always goes above and beyond in both service and maintenance of my units. I have had more that one tenant renew their lease because of the service Quality Air brings to their work, usually responding in under one hour. I am very please to know the team, and to be able to count on them, whether it is replacing an A/C unit or a furnace; or plumbing maintenace item my go to is Quality Air.

Dave was amazing he came out to give me a quote within a day, arrived on time and gave me a very competitive and reasonable quote. We scheduled the repair for within a couple of days. Dave arrived for the repair on time, diagnosed the problem, repaired it and cleaned up the area after he was done. I would highly recommend them.

Our heat had stopped working, I explained the issue, he figured out how to make the schedule work, called me prior to arrival, identified and completed a temp fix, and then defined a path for a longer fix. Very pleased!

Juan was the original technician who initially diagnosed the problem and, then, afterwards Team Quality Air & Heating rolled up their sleeves and went to work.
