"During previous work remodeling our basement, Mason's team discovered two leaks: One coming from cracks in the foundation wall, and one coming from the bathroom on the first floor resulting from the lack of a protective liner. We got one other estimate for both projects, but we were happy with the work on our basement and Sino-American's price was considerably below other estimates. Mason let us know exactly how many square feet of tiles we needed to get for the shower remodel. His subcontractor did an excellent job, matching our desired tile patterns, and the shower looks wonderful. Mason also helpfully suggested additional wood framing for a grab-bar in the shower. On the external leak, his team also worked quickly and efficiently to excavate and repair the foundation wall and the leaking has stopped. His team cleaned up the digging well although not all the plants could be saved. Finally, his team installed an exhaust fan in our downstairs bathroom, also quickly and efficiently. Overall, are very happy with the work and his team was punctual and worked efficiently. We would have no problem recommending or using Sino-American in the future,
