I realized rather late that I was just plain over my head with the amount of snow dumped by the blizzard that just hit the area. I sent out several phone messages and/or emails (most voicemail boxes were full) to several businesses in the area. Gene was the only one to respond. I'm SO grateful he did. They were at my door the next morning, just as they said they would be and my driveway was cleared in no time! Very reasonably priced and very friendly; I highly recommend them!

AWESOME & AMAZING customer service! Above & beyond the call of duty! WOW! So very grateful for their tremendous dedication! They worked very hard to get the job done! Brought all snow removal machines needed as well as shovels. Even had us relocate cars so they could get the parking spaces completely dug out to! Very polite, professional & thorough! Keep them in mind if YOU need GOOD customer services! They are the BEST!

This is an outstanding company. During the record blizzard of 2016, the owner was on time, courteous, and rendered excellent customer service. The price charged for snow removal was very fair. The company maintained contact via a regular stream of emails and phone calls and provided constant updates so that I was always kept in the loop. The customer service and the quality of the service greatly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company without qualification!

Mr. Crews did a good job. I had a heavily stained carpet on two of my floors, and he spent a great deal of time to make sure the stains were removed. He was very reasonable in price, and I will use Mr. Crews again in the future.
