"Howard does very good work and very dependable. Unfortunately, he was unable to finish the job because he was called to another site for inspection. The work was completed by a very nice gentleman but he used my trash can to mix the grout and used it for water to spread the grout. Unfortunately, I had to clean my trash can. He had no tools to hang the new curtain rod. He was informed by Howard what needed to be done the day before. I was given the option for someone to come and hang the rod but since I already had one up, I declined. All in all, I am happy with the work that was done. Kevin always tries to work with me on my projects and gives me the best price. They are professional, competent, knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend House Doctors."

When we requested an estimate with A-1, they came right on time (actually came earlier because they were already in the area) and listened patiently to everything we wanted to get done. They took care of the city permit for our deck and fence while we took care of the HOA permit, which made it very easy for us since we only had to manage one of the permits. Cesar and the team at A-1 was very responsive to my emails, texts, and calls which I really appreciated. When building the actual fencing and decking, the workers were really polite and meticulous. Our house overlooks a pretty steep cliff and our door leading to the deck is very high, so I applaud them for being able to create something so beautiful for us given the conditions they were facing. I called and spoke to Tania, who seemed happy to look at pictures and provide an estimate. After 11 days, I received two quotes. I selected one of them, responded, and after 28 more days and no reply, had to call again to follow up. She recalled the conversation, and stated she'd provide a contract.
