Contacted for a quote and got a quote in a few days. Quote was quite reasonable for the work requested (replacement of two fence post). Work was completed by the expected date. Workers were efficient, polite and complete the repairs well. Communication from the front office could be better. I had to call for appointment date, which they had made in their calendar but had not notified me, and they did not call the day before to let me know exact time workers would be coming as they said they would. Minor blips. I would hire them again.

I’ve had a horrible experience the entire way through with Master Fences. First, the estimate was written so poorly and was unreadable, so it didn’t match what I had actually told the salesman I wanted. So, I had a change order increased costs. Then, after finally installing the gate, the hardware was installed stripped, so the gate was essentially non functioning. Then, when they fixed it for the third time, the height of the hardware was off completely. Despite the salesman coming back out and looking at it, agreeeing to fix it, the installer just told me I was wrong and bat he wouldn’t fix it. They wrote down my phone number wrong, and despite repeated requests that they call me on my actual number I would get emails telling me they couldn’t reach me. And did I mention they gave me a paper bill, but billed my credit card without authorization? I would give zero stars if I could. I do not recommend, as Master Fences is highly unprofessional.

The estimator was very polite, friendly and came on time to do the estimation. The price estimated was very affordable and better than what was quoted by other agencies. The agency send the workers on the date agreed. They came sharp on time, did the work really well and cleaned up well after they were done.

I am very happy with the fence. Otto came on time and did a great job. He had a few good questions and I appreciate him asking to ensure it is what we agreed to in the contract. I appreciated the contract which outlined what they would be doing. I validated the overall cost on other sites for reasonableness and I am very pleased with the cost, quality and service. Another contractor said it would take 2 days and cost $3,400. Otto took down the fence and put up the new fence in 4 hours. Great job Master Fences!!!

Initially very responsive on the initial quote, and extremely competitive on the price. However, after our project got more complicated (we needed a custom gate solution), things went downhill. From then on, we ran into issues as the materials took weeks longer than they promised to arrive, they were not good at communicating with us on the continually sliding delivery times, and then there were issues with the installation that required substantial rework. Carlos is friendly, honest, cooperative, hardworking, and committed to providing a good solution. I would use them again for simple jobs, but would not recommend them for anything that is custom or complicated.

The team was prompt and professional. Work done was great and certainly recommend Master Fences for fence repair work.

The estimate was reasonable, the installation was completed in a day and per schedule, and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after the install. I am quite happy with the job, with only a minor issue with a couple of pieces of pressure treated lumber that were warped or visibly chipped. All in all a great experience.

Great! Front desk people are very responsive and kind. The work itself was done on time and they did a great job cleaning up (important with young kids!).

We got estimates from 3 companies for this work.  The other two were too high or commensurate, but neither were able to commit to a timeframe.  Master Fences was on-time, held to the budget, did an excellent job, and cleaned the area nicely.  Very pleased.

Setting up a visit for a quotation was straightforward. The estimator inspected where the work was going to take place, and with knowledge of the HOA requirements, I received an estimate on the spot. Once I had secured the HOA's approval and the permit, they scheduled the installation within 48 hours. The builders were very courteous and efficient, and my new fence passed inspection with flying colors. I would recommend them again.

The work team was excellent. They did a fantastic job, were totally professional, and were extremely thorough.
