Sami called me. Kept me informed on status of arrival. Guys were nice, quick, did what they said for the price they said, fixed my washing machine and showed me in detail what the problem was. Would hire again.

Sam was great! He arrived promptly at the time he said he would. He worked efficiently and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He was friendly and helpful, he even let me watch him work and explained what he was doing so I could understand better how the machine works. He was able to resolve the issue with our washer quickly and for a reasonable price. We’ll definitely use his services and skills again!

I was extremely impressed and happy with Home Sweet Home from initial contact through completion of the job. Sam responded to my request almost immediately and late at night. He asked several questions to better understand the project and came the next day. He and his team arrived timely and completed the job professionally. He explained everything and was very low pressure. He was friendly and respectful being careful to clean up the area. I was very happy with the repair work and am going to retain them for our regular HVAC and radiator maintenance. I will certainly call them for any jobs we have in the future.

Sunday night around 11:30 pm when I went into my freezer to get some icecream, I notice that my freezer was not working properly and the icecream was soft, all the meats and vegtables were still frozen, so I kept the freezer closed and just threw the icecream out. After reading the reviews, I made a list from Angi of who to call in the morning. When I got up on Monday, June 27, 2022. I began calling, the first two businesses weren't available to come out until Tuesday so Home Sweet Home was the third person I called and they said they could come out on Monday between 4pm and 6 pm. So I said ok for them to come. Around 5:30 I called back to make sure someone was coming out and I was told that the person should be on the way and I was asked did they call or leave a message and I said no one called or left a message, I was working from home all day. I was then told they would call the person who was supposed to be on their way and call me back. I NEVER received a phone call back and at this time it was too late for me to get another company to come out so I had to wait another day. in the meantime I had to get ice and a cooler and even bring some food to my neighbors house to put in their freezer. Thank God for good neighbors. They didnt even have the courtesy to give me a call back Tuesday night or apologize on Wednesday for not showing up. I Will never use a company with bad business practices. A Refrigerator is an essential appliance especially in hot weather. I did have to end up throwing out some food because of this.

Home Sweet Home reached out to me promptly and immediately gave an upfront price for the work I needed done. HSH was patient, caring, knowledgable, and beyond helpful. HSH helped me accomplish everything I needed to get done in a way that no other company was willing to do. Thank God for honest, hardworking, competent businesses like HSH. After I called, Sam came out first thing in the morning to repair our leaking dishwasher. He did a great job - fast, thorough, took the time to explain exactly what had happened. I would absolutely call him again.

GREAT SERVICE! Sami arrived on time and was friendly and arrived wearing a mask and gloves. He assessed the situation and started immediately replacing our cooktop. He was very careful in handling our new cooktop and careful not to scratch our wooden floors when he took the new cooktop out the box. After a bad experience dealing with Cinch home warranty service since October and there final decision to NOT replace my cooktop because they said my cooktop was not working because of a broken screw, it was a breathe of fresh air to have Home Sweet Home, provide such good customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Sami is awesome!

My husband and I worked with Sami and Home Sweet Home Services and could not be happier! We have a rental property in Montgomery County but live in the Western US. Working with vendors on repairs can sometimes be touch and go given our location, however Sami was unbelievably flexible and understanding and held our hands through our dryer drama, which happened around a major national holiday. Sami and Home Sweet Home Services came out to troubleshoot a gas dryer that was not functioning properly. The dryer was very old (from the 80s) and the cost to repair the dryer with off market parts was almost the cost to replace the dryer. Sami was helpful through the entire process from troubleshooting to helping us select a dryer from a big box store to installing the new dryer and disconnecting the old dryer and coordinating with our tenant and the dryer delivery service. He responded to texts outside of business hours and even talked me off the ledge after the big box store made a mistake regarding disconnecting the old dryer. The pricing for our services was competitive, slightly cheaper than what the big box stores offer and more thorough. He even cleaned our dryer vent before hooking up the new dryer. 10/10, 5 stars, two thumbs up. Amazing service and a wonderful person all around.

Home sweet home Did an absolute great job. He showed up so fast. I cannot believe in Virginia this fast. The price was almost 40% cheaper. Im absolutely pleased with the HSH service and highly recommend it
