Great! The technician was prompt, professional, had a great attitude and worked quickly. He didn’t even take my help when I offered to help him lug my old dryer up to his van. I would definitely hire again.

Routine Appliance contacted me within 1/2 hour of my request on Angie's List. They were able come to the house the same morning. By lunchtime they communicated their assessment of the problem and provided a rough estimate of the cost of repairs. I was very pleased they responded so quickly. The technician, Rudy, was professional and polite. Although we decided to replace the failed refrigerator - labor and parts would've cost more than a new unit - I won't hesitate to call Routine Appliance again when I have appliance problems.
