Deck King

We had multiple conversations with Roof King/Deck King on the scope of work before signing anything - to sand the entire deck, seal, and stain it. From the start, there was continuous miscommunication amongst themselves on progress and timeline. Stain/sealant was added on top of dirt and sanding fragments before sanding was even complete. This resulted in us terminating the stain/sealant piece of the listed contracted task and taking it on ourselves to ensure quality. Former exterior deck paint was left in spots where they essentially just called it quits. They left deep divots and knicks throughout deck where their crew was rushing to complete. Quality control was absent the entire length of the project along with false remediation promises. They seemed to only behave professionally when apologizing or when collecting payments. Owner responded that he would personally take care of these issues 6 weeks ago, but he has not responded to any texts or calls in the last 4 weeks.

Alex Bilinski came out the same day. Quick, professional and reasonable. Will definitely use him in the future.

My husband saw an ad on social media from Kozmo Krueger stating he specializes in working with your homeowners insurance to pay for any storm/wind damage to your roof. Sceptical at first he reached out after a recent wind storm and was pleasantly surprised. Kozmo seamlessly walked us through every step of the way and was able to get USAA to cover a new roof for us. The entire process took about a month and a half and the new roof looks great. I highly recommend Kozmo and the Roof King services to anyone with roof issues.

After coming home to shingles all over my yard after a recent wind storm, I reached out to Kosmo after I saw a post on the "Next Door" app specifically mentioning how he works with your insurance company to cover the cost of any wind damage.  During the initial consultation he climbed my roof and took pictures of the damage and started the process by calling my insurance company from my porch. From there he guided the process along and ensured everything moved along as it should. My only complaint would be the amount of time it took them from the initial payment to installation (which was about 5 weeks and they only gave about a day's notice before the install).  The crew who installed the roof worked their tail off from about 7am-8pm and ended up redecking the entire roof.  The roof itself looks great and the quality has been notable during recent storms. Overall Kosmo was a constant professional throughout the entire process and would highly recommend reaching out to Roof King Restoration.

Being a 1st time home buyers and needing a new roof with in 6 months of moving in I didnâ t know what I was doing. Not only did I have racoon damage, but I was also advised that I had wind damage as well. Just really fantastic all around. I cannot recommend Roof King highly enough, and especially Travis Conley. After inspecting the damage to my roof, they let me know that a replacement should be covered 100% by my insurance. Travis worked with me ever step of the way and was always super helpful. Well fast forward a while, and my insurance, clearly in violation of state law, only agreed to pay for half. However, because Roof King had told me originally that it would all be covered, they went ahead and replaced my roof at now additional cost to me, taking only the half from the insurance company, plus my deductible. At best they broke even on the job. No promises that this would happen in every case, as I am sure every situation is unique, but I thought it was a really fantastic example of a company standing by its word. Also, my roof looks fantastic. There was one small area of concern, but they addressed it immediately when I brought it to their attention. Just a really great company to work with all around. Roof King stands by its word and its work!!!

Throughout the entire process they walked me through and when the job was finally approved and completed everything was put on exactly as they had informed me. Thanks to roof king company and Jake for their hard work ! I would really recommend them to everyone who wants their roof replaced!!

Roof Kings did a roof replacement, job was done in 1 day, and turned out great! Communication was fantastic, and any questions I had they had answers for.

My wife got in contact with Jake; he was very helpful throughout the claims process. He was able to get us a full Roof replacement. Even after we were previously denied by our insurer. Initially, we were working with a different contractor, and we were getting nowhere. We started that claim last October of 2021. He was going back and forth with them until mid-July when my wife decided to get into contact with Jake. Supposedly he stopped by our house at the start of the summer this year. She was impressed with his knowledge of the roofing and insurance industry. I am very glad that we decided to make the switch over to Jake and Roof King. Immediately after she got in contact with Jake, He promptly came out to inspect our roof. He advised us that there was newer storm damage and that he was confident that he would be able to get us a full roof replacement. We filed a new claim and he helped us throughout the process, keeping us informed every step of the way. We finally got approved after almost a whole year of fighting our insurance company. I am very glad that we decided to switch over to work with Jake and Roof King. They treat their customers with the utmost importance, I would highly recommend their services!
