Universal Windows Direct was founded in April of 2002 by William Barr and Michael Strmac. It was their mission to create a home improvement company that offers high quality home improvement goods at the best possible value. What began as two guys in a 350 square foot office quickly grew to become one of the nation's leading remodeling companies. Today, Universal Windows Direct represents thousands of customers and has a rapidly growing network of locations nationwide, all of which are actively involved in the communities they serve.

I was very pleased from the get go with Universal Windows. I loved their communication with me. The windows arrived a month ahead of time. The installers were on time. They answered all my questions and explained what they were doing. The cleaned up their mess and in six hours I had 11 new windows installed. I definitely love my new windows and would highly recommend the company. Great customer service!

The wait time said they be out at 8am didn't get there until after 2.30 pm factory made the wrong glass now have to wait longer now for the right one other than that they were polite and cleaned there mess up
