"First Class Chimney workers were on time, polite, and very neat. Everything was covered by cloths so as not to allow any dirt in the living room. After the cleaning, they used a camera to show us the inside of the chimney, where the lining had broken and many pieces had fallen off altogether, allowing smoke to go through into the basement. The relining was done and we still had a problem, so the company immediately returned to do more sealing. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the problem, and it became clear that moving the damper from the bottom of the chimney to the top--usually not a problem, but in our house it was--was the cause. A new damper was ordered and installed, but did not fit quite correctly with our very old fireplace, so a second was ordered, installed, and works perfectly. The company at no time complained about the extra work and was completely dedicated to solving the problem at no extra charge. We were entirely satisfied with their solution and their attitude."

"I called for a free estimate and George was prompt and professional with his coming out and giving me a written estimate there at the investment house. His quote was slightly lower than others but since he was recommended on Angie's List I went with his company. I got back to him later than I had said to start the work and he still accommodated with a full crew to finish the paint job. He also had installed a small area with carpeting and that was done well too. Some wallpaper was removed and painted and I requested some small minor touch up and he was very prompt even with my unusual schedule to meet him at the house. The work was done and they were careful not to get paint on the woods floors or new windows. The quoted was on the mark and he was, as well as his crew, very pleasant and did a wonderful job."

"My water heater stopped working on Friday night (Sept 10, 20211). I called the service provider I had used for decades who came on Sunday afternoon and was given a quote for $4000. I was shocked!!!! The technician was very nice and made numerous recommendations. Unfortunately, none of the suggestions worked for me: my responsibility to get unit, hire them to install which would void the warranty, etc. I contacted Angie's list because I've had success with it before. Two immediate caveats: 1. BBB rating 2. Stellar reviews. The price was much better and included a top rate water heater, installation, removal of old unit, and a ten year warranty. Steve H came and installed it and did a remarkable job. Everyone individual I dealt with was very friendly and answered all questions. SUGGESTION: Check for your own financing first. Some credit cards offer immediate 2% deals and no interest payments for as long as fifteen months. Done Right Today does offer financing but research first. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE DEAL, INSTALLATION, AND WARRANTY I GOT AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL DONE RIGHT TODAY AGAIN. i am done with my old service provider."

"I assumed that I had a leak from my roof that had caused some damage in
my ceiling.  Myriad said they could have someone over the next day
around 4:30.  Bill call to see if I was home at 2:00 and he was able to
come even earlier than scheduled.  This was great because I was in the
middle of painting the room and was anxious to finish.  He was very
friendly and got right to work.  Our big surprise was that a large
dormant bee's nest dropped out of my ceiling!  He continued to finish
the job and everything was done in excellent order.  He cleaned all the
nest fragments up along with the drywall dust.  I was very satisfied
with the job and very happy that the nest contained no live bees - whew!
