I needed to replace the HVAC dampers and the communication with Peter was excellent and we had all questions answered ahead of time so we didnt have any last minute surprises. "Excellent. I've had Genove install both gas and oil heating systems in my properties, most recently oil. They have also installed central air/hydro air and handle my oil delivery. "We installed a Fujitsu mini-split A/C and heat pump because installing duct work was not an option. The entire process from getting a quote to completing the installation couldn't have been any better. "From receiving the quote to the installation and servicing NETR has been extremely professional and great to work with on this renovation project. The installation went very smoothly and every person on their team had a lot of experience. Further, the team was able to solve a number of tricky problems with our installation (such as running the electrical behind the walls, drilling a hole through the roof for the pipe, concealing the pump in the back of the closet). "The appointment was made within 2 days of contacting them. The technician (Brian) was punctual for a 7:30 am appointment. Once there, Brian did a fantastic job of communicating the services that he was performing and kept me very informed about the status of the AC system.
