Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable installers. Start to finish, the project went smoothly. Only issue was with the MassSave heating rebate process. Can’t hold that against Druziako, though.

I recently bought a house and needed a new furnace and I wanted to add central AC to my house. I have a friend who has been a contractor for 20 plus years in the town I moved to. I asked him who he uses, he said he only uses Druziako. I called them up and they came out gave me all my options and advised me on the best way to add duct work etc. They gave me a date they would be there and said it would take 2 days to complete the install. They showed up on time. They finished it in 2 days. Guys were professional and clean. The whole project came out better than I expected. I couldn't be more happy. I would recommend them to anyone. I would also recommend central AC to anyone. It's a nice gift to give yourself :)

They came out right away when I called. They provided me a fair price and within 2 days of me giving them the go ahead they had the furnace replaced and working fine, being the middle of the winter and being without heat acting fast was very important to me. They did a great job, cleaned up the area when they were done then helped me with the Mass Save loan program and filling out appropriate rebates that were offered. Not that you ever want to lose heat in the middle of a New England winter, but the process could have been a lot worse.

I would highly recommend Druziako HVAC Co. to anyone needing repairs and or replacement for Heating and cooling service. We lost our furnace Heating in the middle of the cold snap, these guys came out and immediately found the replacement system we needed and promptly replaced the next business day. Job completed, who does that..? The owner even called us during the night and offered to bring us a temp heat source if we needed it. Fortunately we did not. We can't say enough about the service. I would use them again and plan to for future cleaning and service. Nick ( the Owner i guess) and his guys did a great and professional job. Thank You Nick...!

I’ve been a satisfied customer of Druziakos HVAC for 17 years, so when I found out I needed my gas furnace and central air replaced I didn’t look to anyone else. Everyone in the office was very helpful with the Mass Save program and process. They also submitted my rebate applications and helped with the warranty info. The work was done when scheduled and very quickly. The technicians were polite and answered all my questions.

Druziako ordered and replaced the game furnace with the unit and brand we requested. The crew arrived on time and worked until they completed the job which included removing the old furnace and condenser and then installing the new furnace and condenser and retro-fitting all the pipes and vents to fit the new system.

I have a two-story single family house. Last year, Druziako HVAC replaced my first floor AC with a Carrier heat pump. I quoted 5 companies, and Druziako was honest and gave me best pricing. The heat pump worked great in summer and winter. This year I hired them again to replace my 2nd floor AC. The whole team are friendly, helpful, and very patient.
