"It was a stressful moment when Our water heater was broken, but we were fortunate to get the help from Ken. He installed a new water heater for us practically on the next business day. Ken did everything possible to ensure the success of the installation. He checked for the dimension of our old model, our storage space, and the pan underneath the water heater. On the day of installation Ken went to at least three stores to purchase a brand new water heater that is free of damages. Our water heater is in a utility room with a stacked washer dryer blocking the entrance. Ken disconnected and moved the washer dryer and reconnected it after the service. Boxford Chimney Sweep - to run a new flue liner and install a new stainless steel chimney cap We hired J.Griffin Heating & Plumbing to disconnect an ancient "snowman-style" oil-fueled steam boiler with attached "instant" water heater, and replace it with a gas boiler & free-standing gas water heater. Fast. Efficient. Clean. Pleasant & willing to answer all of our questions. All 3 companies provided very high quality experiences! I would hire any/all of them again. "Genove has serviced the heating system in my home for many years. I am comfortable leaving the door open for their service people or going off to work after they arrive. Over the years, this company has been very responsive in responding to break downs of my older equipment.
For the new installation, the service manager steered me toward a more expensive unit that offered greater energy efficiency. The burner has performed exactly as described. My old burner came on several times a day to heat water, the new one only comes on once every day or two.
The installation went smoothly and was finished within the two-day window I was told to expect. The crew cleaned up after themselves. I was particularly concerned about my cats getting out but  the service manager told me they hadn't lost any cats so far and mine did not get out.

"I contacted several companies to get quotes on installing a mini-split AC/Heating unit in our bedroom. Russell Dodd from NETR came promptly and explained the entire system and installation in detail. Came back to review the installation before the install date. The NETR arranged the date and everyone involved in the installation showed up on time and performed in a professional, expert fashion. When everything was done, they explained how to work the unit and how to get an energy rebate. My only caution is not related to NETR, but make sure you have thoroughly evaluated your needs before going ahead. It is possible to heat/cool more than one spaces with one exterior heat pump unit and I didn't think about using it to heat my garage until too late.

"Zach Brown initially came to fix leaking water situation and then realized there was damage due to water seepage. After that damage is repaired, Zach will return to put plumbing back in order, including replacing faucets which had to be cut out to allow removal of granite countertop, reconnect water lines and possibly reinstall a new Reverse Osmosis system since the old one had to be removed. Can't say enough about Zach -- his professionalism, his explanation of what's being done and options for replacing/improving plumbing under kitchen sink, pipes, etc."
