Then came back after ordering new springs and installed them (and did a great job lubricating the hinges and wheels). The garage opens smoother than ever! Couldn’t recommend them higher. Wonderful work lads! 10/10"

"The positives is they’re highly communicative, the garage doors look great too. My issue is one of the doors will not open, the lock on the inside is not lined up either. I’ve contacted them but they won’t commit to an appointment. I’ve read similar reviews. The tech was two hours late for the install. He worked hard by himself for a good part of the day. He did leave a mess including a empty ice coffee I purchased for him. Currently, I have no access to one of my garage bays. They were paid close to $5,000 for two MANUAL garage doors. If nobody comes out, I’ll hire someone else & take them to small claims."
