Central Plumbing (Paul) was very professional. He provided quotes for an electric water heater and hybrid heat pump water heater. He re-arranged his schedule when the tank leaked unexpectedly so that it was replaced the same day. He answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the work done. You see the pride and care that he takes in his work. I will use them in the future for all my plumbing issues. Also, the cost shown is the hybrid heat pump water heater before the tax credit which will be 30%. It made it comparable to the electric water heater.

John returned my call promptly and was able to come a short time later. He was very professional and easy to work with. He had the required replacement parts right on his truck. He also had the equipment to cut through the old bolts that were too rusted to unscrew. He tested to make sure the leak was fixed and then cleaned everything up. Overall, a very positive experience.

They are okay. There were a few glitches, but they came back every time. There was not cost the last time they came out because it was just part of the original contract.

He came and checked my issue the day I called Oct 17th, than made an appointment for the next morning, a Saturday morning with no extra charge. Completed and cleaned up in less than 2 hours.

s in two seperate toilets and the main job of replacing and installing a new modern toilet. We are very pleased and have used this co since 1985. They have been great.

Removed the old shower stall and got rid of the materials. Installed a new shower stall and fixture. Kept every thing neat and clean. Showed up on time each day and worked very efficiently.

I discovered on a Friday afternoon that my water heater was leaking rusty water. This was completely unexpected as my water heater was only six years old. I immediately called several providers to get quotes and time frames for installation. Central Plumbing and Heating had a very competitive price which included all costs for installation of the new heater and take away of the old tank. When Paul learned that my existing water heater was leaking he offered to come out immediately (on a Friday afternoon) for the installation so I wouldn't have to worry and deal with a problem over the weekend. Luckily they had just completed another job and were available. They also have their stock on site so there was no time wasted obtaining the heater. Paul discussed and made recommendations as to warranty options. Paul and John arrived at my home a short time later and completed the work by 6 PM on Friday evening. Unfortunately, the hot water never came on. I called the office not knowing if I would reach anyone since it was after hours. John answered and offered to come back that evening to assess and correct the issue, however, I was unable to be home. Instead, he arrived at a mutually agreeable time on Saturday morning. He diagnosed the problem, replaced a defective part and I have had no problems since then.

They are very dependable and they are quality driven.

I had previously hired them and they did a good job, so we hired them for this project. It was a pretty big, sophisticated job. They were very responsive and I could always get them on the phone. They came out and did a great job getting all the work done. One of the things that was really helpful is that they were very flexible with scheduling and working with our carpenter and electrician to mold the schedule so that they were here when they needed to be and could leave and could come back when the next job was ready. They made it so that no one was ever waiting on the plumbing work to be completed. The flexibility was very helpful. The quality of the work was outstanding! Particularly, they were working in tight spaces in an older home and there were a number of challenges that they met very well. If theres one downside to them, it's that they were not cheap. I don't know if they were overpriced as I do not know a lot about plumbing costs and didn't do any comparison. I feel that they might be on the upper end of pricing in the plumbing field, but they were willing to work with me on offering discounts where they could to bring the cost down. Because of the quality of their work, they have made me a customer forever. Whatever plumbing needs I may have in the future, I will always go to them.
