The owner Eric was very responsive. He came over to measure and give me a quote very quickly and was able to have the work done the next morning. Kyle and Charlie that did the work did a good job, were professional, did clean work. They did a good job helping me understand the process.

Highly satisfied AGAIN in a second job with Mouradian (hot water heater earlier). This time was a replacement of leaking cast iron sink waste pipe imbedded in the wall/floor between two condo unit bathrooms. Eric Mouradian is very no-nonsense, fast in his estimates, and reasonable in his pricing. The plumber who did the job, Rich, was excellent: friendly, efficient, and clear about what was going on. He understood immediately that his first instinct, to open up the ceiling and wall of the downstairs bathroom should be avoided if possible, to limit wall repairs to one bathroom instead of two. And he then quickly figured out how to do it and did it. The cost was considerably less than the quote of a competitor, who misdiagnosed the problem at first, refused to put his quote in writing, and showed no interest in keeping wall damage to a minimum. No comparison.

I hired Eric to install a Lochinvar noble heating unit in my home and he and his teams did an amazing job. I will certainly be engaging Eric in the future should any future service needs arise. Eric and his teams were very professional and punctual. They were able to complete the job on time as promised (in two days) and they worked diligently, efficiently, and took care to keep my home clean and follow Covid safety protocols (which I highly appreciated). I would definitely recommend Eric and his teams if you are looking to get a job like this done and get it done at a reasonable price and with truly quality work and technicians.

I have been having perpetual problems with my aging cast iron drain system. Eric and his crew removed all of the damaged/rotted cast iron pipe out and replaced it with PVC. He was able to do this job for significanlty less than my other 2 estimates, and his work was second to none. The pipes were installed in a better location, maximizing headroom. I loved their work so much that I have since asked them to replace my boiler.

Hot water heater needed replacement. Called on a Saturday, they came Sunday morning and did the job.

I have been using Eric Mouradian for years, and as always, he is polite, clean and reasonably priced. His experience shows in everything he does, from identifying potential future problems to a perfect install. I will definitely be using Mouradian Plumbing in the future!

My experience with Mouradian Plumbing could not have gone any better. I called Eric 2 PM on a Monday, and he was there within two hours of my phone call. Eric offered me a selection of options to get my heat going, but we eventually settled on a complete boiler replacement. Eric explained that between the monthly fuel savings plus the eligible rebates, I would recover the cost of the new boiler within just a few years. I priced out a boiler the same time last year, and got prices that were nearly 30% higher than what Eric quoted me. Eric and his staff of plumbers was at my house at 8 AM sharp as planned. They set up tarps in the basement, where incredibly neat and polite, and explained every step of the process to me as they went along. Replacing the boiler and hot water tank at the same time seemed like a daunting task, but Eric and his staff did a fabulous job, completing the entire job in less than one day. He even called me the following day to make sure I was satisfied and did not have any questions. We are planning a kitchen renovation in a few months, and Eric will be the first phone call I make.

Emergency situation. Water pipe in my basement burst while I was away. I was able to let Mouradian in my home remotely. They found additional leaks and problems that were not obvious, but could've caused problems down the road; very thorough job. Competent and complete work at a fair price; consummate professionals. Mouradian will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

Eric and his team were a pleasure to work with.  I financed the boiler and indirect water heater through the Mass Save program.  Eric was very familiar with the program and walked me through all of the necessary paperwork.  Although there were many steps involed, with Eric's help, the process went very smoothly.
Pricing was very competitive and about 30-percent below lower than the highest bid I received for the same equipment.
Eric knows his craft and discussed with me the full range of options with a bias towards installing quality materials at competitive prices.
On the day of the boiler installation, the temperature outside was very cold, about 10-degrees.  Eric and his team arrived about 6:00 a.m. and promised that they'd have the new equipment up and running by day's end.  I was dubious, but his team worked diligently and efficiently, and by 7:00 that night, the new system was running and warming the house back up.  The entire team was professional, curteous, and respectful of my home.
I will definitely use Mouradian again for any plumbing or heating project.

every other estimate I received.  We couldn't be happier.
