Excellent! We first came to know Robert 12 years ago, when he installed our Kenmore water heater. The other work listed (drain pipes, toilet) has been as-needed during the last 12 years. He is the one we call. He is friendly and professional, and is in my opinion, very proficient in his craft. Since the Kenmore water heater was at the end of its warranty, we called him to replace it. He is a good communicator, responsive, on time and has a great sense of humor. He is also well-priced, in my opinion. I would recommend his services to everybody. Thank you Bob!!

He came to install a gas dryer and did a fine job. I was impressed how he handled three dryers up and down my front stairs all by himself! He even agreed to help me with my range oven at the last minute and found it was unusable and where the problem was.
