"John Lund was very professional in discussing my issue. He didn't try to sell me the newest hot item, but instead understood what I really needed and worked with me to make that happen. The quoted price was very reasonable. His team were very efficient and thorough in replacing the hot water heater. They found another issue that they put a temporary fix on.
