Brian responded promptly with a fair price for replacing my gas hot water tank. He kept me informed when he picked up the new tank as well as when he was en route to my home. He installed the new hot water tank quickly and wiped up the water when he was done. I will use his services again when needed.

Brian and Kevin were great. Good communication, quick response, quick to do the job. Honest and fair prices. Highest quality work. I now have a plumber I'll be calling when I need work done.

We consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have discovered Brian Melo. Late in the evening we found that our water heater was rapidly leaking water, and we made an "emergency" home advisor inquiry. Brian responded within minutes - he asked for a text with a picture of our existing system, and called back five minutes later with a quote for a new hot water heater to be installed the next morning. He advised us how to minimize the mess until then. The next morning he picked up the new tank and installed it promptly. He did a VERY neat job of the installation, and fully explained the operation of the new heater. Brian was extremely considerate and friendly throughout, and we will be sure to contact him again for future plumbing work, routine or emergency! With the current pandemic, the prospect of having work done in our home was very stressful to us - but Brian wore a mask throughout the project and minimized contact with us and our home; we are very lucky to have found him! In addition to everything else, Brian's quote was the best we received.

I needed to replace my water heater, Brian was there the same day, and replaced it in ~2 hours. He was professional, and very considerate of the current Covid-19 guidelines. His price was the lowest quoted, and I could not be happier with the work. Will hire again for any plumbing needs.

One of the best -- if not THE best -- experiences I've had with a plumbing/heating/electrical business. The work was done efficiently, expertly and with an obvious aim to give the client precisely what was wanted and to do so at the fairest price. Brian quote for the job (installation of a new water heater and the electrical work that installation required) was BY FAR the fairest of the five quotes I solicited. Not only was the work done efficiently and without a flaw, but it was done with obvious intent to satisfy the customer (me) and to do so in a very friendly and thoughtful manner. I'm telling you folks: This vendor cannot be beat.

I hired a number of plumbers over the years and Brian is the best. Hired him twice to install two equipment and both work great. He arrived on time, was friendly, and explained everything I needed to know. I think Brian is the best choice.
