"From start to finish, our experience was outstanding! Our old A/C system wasn’t keeping up, and technician Jayden quickly diagnosed the issue—it still used banned R22 refrigerant. He clearly explained why that was a problem and was incredibly knowledgeable. Jayden scheduled a same-day visit with Comfort Advisor Jake, who arrived within the hour. Jake walked us through replacement options with total transparency—no pressure, just honest advice. The install team was scheduled quickly and completed everything in two days. They were fast, efficient, and respectful of our home. We’re thrilled with the service, the new system, and the whole team. "This was the second time we used H L Bowman for our plumbing needs and we have been impressed both times. Their plumbers are prompt, courteous, and friendly, in addition to being great at their craft. For this visit, I had a leak under a kitchen sink and did not realize that I needed to have the entire faucet replaced. The plumber recommended the closest plumbing supply store and waited while I selected the one I wanted. He efficiently did the replacement.
