He was here in 20 minutes and he told us right away that we needed a different specialist, not a plumber and he helped us evaluate exactly what the problem was and find a specialist and then got on the phone with them to explain the problem. Jeff and his son came to my house at 10:30 pm to fix the problem and the following Monday at 8:00 in the early morning to complete the repairs needed. J.Griffin was the only p;umber out of six other plumbers whom I called who was willing to come and help me, to which I am grateful. I have already passed along his name."

"Doug and crew were lifesavers on a rather urgent hot water heater replacement (from old natural gas rig to new high efficiency heat pump hw heater). Expert sealing of the old chimney exhaust, gas line cut-off, condensate pump setup and testing, everything. And on top of that, replaced an unrelated failing laundry spigot I've been worried about since moving in. I cannot say enough good things about how seamless and simple project sizing and scheduling was with him; especially when compared to the plumbers we've worked with in the past. Prices were more than fair. Work well executed. Work site left clean. Payment simple. Just the necessities in sizing and estimating, no back and forth with a back office. Absolutely will be working with K&D again. And in fact, already have for a furnace tune-up before winter arrives!"
