"From the very start ,Dan, the sales representative was extremely helpful in answering the many questions we had regarding the siding of our house. He told us that we may have to wait a few months as they were booked, but if they had an opening they would side the house sooner. True to his word they came as soon as they could. Just two months after our first contact with Beantown, they were ready to side our house. They explained how the process would take place, and it all happened just as they said. The work was done in two days. The workers were extremely professional. On day one of the job I returned home from work and saw that they had removed all the old siding and shingles, and had already started framing the windows. My husband said there were 12 workers present on the second day. I came home from work to see that my entire house was sided. Several neighbors had stopped by to tell me how well they worked. They also commented on the great job. I was completely overjoyed to see my house, absolutely beautiful! Jim, the siding manager, was also fantastic, and he was very responsive to any questions we had. "I was so pleased having hired J&J Home Improvement to put siding on my house. They were all so professional and did an amazing job. I loved that they were so meticulous about everything they did and it shows. You could tell they take pride in their work. They all have years of experience and you could tell it immediately. They knew what they had to do and did it without hesitation. First time ever that I've hired people who did not spend time on their cellphones! They gave me a date as to when they would be coming and ended up coming earlier, which I was thrilled about.
